Major maplist overhaul

I’ve added maps from time to time, but after a while the maplist was getting huge! So I needed to trim it a bit, from 76 to 54 maps!. The following maps were removed today: mp_beach_final_beta, berlov, mp_up_brjansk, mp_brawl2, chackbeta, farm2, fivepoints, greenb, hobbiton_mtl, mp_uo_hurtgen, mp_kharkov, lost, mines_of_moria_mtl, mp_uo_ouistreham_2, mp_panzerbunker, pleasantville, mp_pwned_tdm, mp_ship, speedball, mp_uo_stanjel, [...]
